The living room is open to the dining area and kitchen making it ideal for your large group of family and friends to gather together. The high-top dining table easily seats 8. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal or just enjoy a beverage.

Through the sliding glass door off the dining/kitchen area is a deck with a large hot tub and backyard access.

The master bedroom on the main floor is stylish and calming. You'll find two large closets on your way to the en-suite master bath. Enjoy the modern shower and convenient double sinks.

Upstairs are 4 nice bedrooms each in their own corner of the house. These bedrooms share two full bathrooms between them each with shower/tub combos and stylish, modern fixtures.

We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence. Please act as if you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:

QUIET HOURS ARE 10:00 PM - 9:00 AM. If any noise complaints are reported, you can expect a warning communication or site visit. If a party is found or a second noise violation/complaint occurs, you will be immediately removed from the property.

NO PARTIES OR EVENTS. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property without refunds or compensation.

MINIMUM BOOKING AGE IS 25. If you are under 25, please do not place a reservation without first contacting us. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.

LOCAL RESIDENTS MAY NOT BOOK. If you live within 30 miles of the property, you must contact us for pre-approval. We reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents.

PERSON ON RESERVATION MUST CHECK-IN. A valid picture ID and/or identity verification by the booking platform is required before check-in. And this person must be staying at the property during the booking.

GUEST TOTAL MUST MATCH BOOKING. The correct number of guests must be on the reservation - This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay. The definition of a guest is not limited to only those people sleeping at the property but to all guests inside the unit at any given time.

NO SMOKING OR DRUG USE. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we may request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.

NO PETS ALLOWED. If any pets/animals are at the property, you will be asked to remove the animal. If pet/animal remains or damages are detected after your check-out (including but not limited to excrement, animal hair/fur, animal smell, chew/claw marks, etc.) we will request additional money for cleaning and repairs and/or file a claim against you for damages.

GUESTS ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests expressly assume the risk of harm arising from their use of the property. Guests understand that they may purchase travel insurance to protect themselves in such events. The property owners or managers are not liable for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur.

CHECK OUT ON TIME. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 1:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.

With a last minute schedule change we were able to reserve this house for a night. The house met our needs and we enjoyed the accommodations. The communication was outstanding with the information needed. The house was large and we all had our own bedroom. I wound definitely stay here again.

8 adults and 4 children stayed comfortably in this home. Neighbors are closer than I would have liked but the house was great. King size beds were comfortable, queen size not so much. Overall, would stay again. Didn’t like the camera near the hot tub. Felt like we were being watched but I’m sure the camera is for safety reasons. Owner communicates well and even let us check in a little early.

Our family needed a place to stay last minute due to a family emergency. Eric was prompt, and accommodating! The house had plenty of room for the 8 of us. Clean and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and downtown shopping.

Very nice and cozy place to stay on our way home from Tennessee. Easy to get to and plenty of space to park in the driveway with a uhaul trailer. We appreciate the last minute booking and the communication from the host Eric. The house is well maintained and tastefully decorated. I absolutely loved the fact that it had 5 bedrooms and 3 and 1/2 bathrooms . That made it so much easier since we have a large family. Everyone had their own space. The hot tub was just what my hubby needed after hours on the road. A few of the houses close by seemed a little run down but over all we loved our experience there.

A nice newer house with large bedrooms and a front porch. Walkable to the downtown area, but in a quiet neighborhood. Cleaning could have been better. The hot tub had not been cleaned and there was some evidence of previous guests which suggested that the home hadn’t been cleaned carefully. We were also asked to run the dishwasher but there wasn’t any detergent. Still, over all we were very happy with the property.

Our group has 10 people (5 couples) ages between 53-73. Bunk beds, trunk beds, pull-out couch don't work for us. This house has 5 bedrooms (2 king-size beds, 2 queen-size beds, 2 single beds) work perfectly for our group. Plus 3.5 bathrooms, we rarely have wait time for using showers or bathrooms. This is basically a new house; everything looks quite new. The front deck is spacious and covered though we did not utilize it much except using the space to spread out tubes, dry life jackets and wet shoes. The back deck has a jacuzzi to relax your body after a day outside doing hiking, tubing...etc. We enjoyed very much out stay over there. The host, Eric, was diligently communicating with us to make sure that everything went smoothly for our stay over there. He even graciously offered us to check in one hour earlier and provided us information about "where to eat" "what to do" nearby proactively. We are very thankful.

We really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are spacious and the beds are comfortable. We really loved the hot tub. My kids had such a blast in it. The neighborhood is very quiet. There is a park down the street. This place is about a 12-15 minute walk from downtown Waynesville, which makes it a nice and convenient location.

My family and I had a wonderful time at this property! All of the rooms were so nice and the beds were comfy! We stayed here and then drove to Cataloochee the next day, so the cabin isn't far at all from from the ski resort. I highly recommend this house for anyone looking for a nice place to stay in the area. PS The hot tub was lovely!

We were in the Waynesville area for a close family friend’s wedding. Eric the owner of the VRBO did an exceptional job in communicating with me on every step of our three day stay in Waynesville. From the initial rental, to the Precheck-in process, to the recommendations for things to do and where to dine, and the final checkout. We were very happy with the home and our rental choice. The home was extremely comfortable, clean, well stocked and in a great location to the downtown area. I would highly recommend this home as we will definitely be staying there on our future stays in the Waynesville area.
