Guests have full access to the entire home and its amenities during their stay. This includes the kitchen, living areas, both bedrooms, laundry area, back deck, and all appliances. Easy keyless self-check-in ensures a smooth arrival at your convenience.

Having a car is highly recommended to explore the surrounding areas comfortably. There is ample parking on the property and easy road access to local destinations, hiking trails, and grocery stores.

We respect your privacy, but we’re just a message or call away if you need anything during your stay. Whether it’s help with local recommendations or a quick fix, we’re here to ensure your stay is smooth and enjoyable.
IMPORTANT:
To ensure peace of mind during your stay, we offer two options for damage protection: a small, one-time non-refundable Accidental Damage Waiver (our most convenient and guest-preferred option) or a fully refundable Security Deposit, returned after your stay if no damage is reported. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll be prompted to complete this step.
We ask that you treat the property with respect. This is a private residence, and you should treat it exactly as you are a guest in someone’s home. :) Also, please acknowledge the following:
· Guests under 25 years of age may not make a booking without prior approval. If you are under 25, please do not place a reservation without first contacting us. Failure to do so may result in termination of your reservation.
· Absolutely NO parties or events. If this rule is not followed, you will be immediately removed from the property with no refunds or compensation.
· Quiet hours between 10:00 pm - 9:00 am. If any noise complaints are reported by neighbors or building management, you can expect a warning communication or site visit. If a party is found or a second noise violation/complaint occurs, you will be immediately removed from the property.
· WNC locals may not book without pre-approval. This is to prevent locals from using the property as a party house. We reserve the right to terminate reservations made by local residents of Western North Carolina.
· Check-in must be by the person who booked the reservation. A valid picture ID and/or identity verification by the booking platform is required before check-in.
· The correct number of guests must be in the reservation. This includes all guests entering the property at any point during the stay. In other words, the definition of a guest is not limited to only those people planning on sleeping inside the unit, but to all guests planning to be inside the unit at any given time.
· The property is a Smoke-Free/Drug-Free Environment. If smoking or drug use is detected inside the property after your check-out, we may request additional money for cleaning and/or file a claim against you for damages.
· Guests take full responsibility for any accidents, injuries, or illnesses that occur while on the property or its facilities. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressly assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the property. Guests recognize that they may personally purchase insurance to protect themselves in such events.
· Please ensure you check out on time. Our cleaners are on a tight schedule and need to work in preparation for our next guests. If you require an earlier check-in or a later check-out, please request it in advance and we will do our best to accommodate you. Otherwise, we reserve the right to charge a $50 late check-out fee. Any guest who is still on the property after 1:00 pm on check-out day will be automatically charged for an extra night.
