« Ne comptez par sur le staff qui vous salue. Personne ne vous dira rien du tout. L’hôtel est assez sale lorsque l’on reste quelques nuits il est très facile de s’en rendre compte. La salle de sport n’a pas été nettoyé pendant au moins 9 jours, le stylo par terre n’a pas bougé d’un millimètre. Les poubelles aux étages ne sont pas changé tout les jours. Un ascenseur sur deux fonctionnait et ce n’étais pas indiqué. »

« We had a great stay. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was friendly and check-in was quick and easy. The complimentary breakfast was a nice bonus, and the hotel was in a convenient location close to restaurants and shopping. Overall, it was a relaxing stay, and I would definitely book here again if I’m back in the Charlotte area. 10/10 Do recommend! »
