« Bon hotel. Mon seul problème est le bruit du système d'air conditionné qui ne peut être arrêté, et l'isolation phonique avec l'extérieur qui est perfectible, mais globalement l'hôtel est correct. »

« Homewood Suites Charlotte Ballantyne staff is good, service is good. Rooms are clean. The main drawback I had during my stay was the noise: fridge, fan in the bathroom, air conditioning. Even by shutting down all, there was a vibration noise going through the walls. I have been able to sleep, but that was not a quiet room. »

« The pool was closed. For me, the bed after the second night made my lower back hurt so bad that sleeping on the couch at a relatives house was the only thing that helped. Room service showed up at 8:30am. We were supposed to be staying for 6 nights so I'm not sure why they were trying to clean a room so early. Things did look clean in the room and clearly they are on top of room service. I'm not sure how the day time desk people are but the night one we had didn't really feel welcoming like I...
