Super!! Rien à dire
Notre séjour fut parfait. Le service a été parfait, les gens très agréables, souriants, serviables. L’hotel à côté de la gare parfait pour aller à Londres ( car les hôtels sont très chers) et à 10 min en voiture de harry potter. Parking de l’hotel 6 pound par jour très correct Je recommande cet hôtel pour son rapport qualité prix, son emplacement Idéal en famille

The hotel offers excellent service and the staff is very accommodating. There's ample parking available. However, the property appears slightly outdated, and the rooms are somewhat small, likely due to its prime location. Additionally, there were noticeable scale stains on the faucets, which could be easily remedied. Personally, I'm not a big fan of carpets in hotel rooms. The carpets here seemed worn out - a thorough steam cleaning of the carpets in each room would significantly enhance the comfort level of the hotel. Despite these minor issues, my overall experience during my 3-night stay was very good.

I was frustrated when I was denied breakfast even though I had paid for it when I got my ticket, so we ended up eating at the airport, but that’s frustrating since I paid for it and the system said I didn’t. I contacted the property through Expedia, but did not hear anything yet.

Can't fault this hotel on anything at all, we had a crisis and needed an ambulance at 2h00am and the staff were amazing. food was great, reasonable and breakfast was lovely too. Super impressed. will definately be back.

We stayed in Watford for two nights. Went to the Harry Potter Studios. This hotel is in the perfect location to Watford station. Easy walking distance to food and supplies as well.

One night only the Watford Experience
Arrived at 8.35pm after just over 2 hour drive. Had booked dinner for us but restaurant closes at 9, felt a little rushed but it was nice enough. Our room was cold when we got there no instructions for the warm air heating could be found after several minutes of trial & error it eventually worked. The facilities in the room were all good. Would have liked some complimentary biscuits with our tea & coffee though. Overall a nice overnight stay.

Couldn’t fault!
Very easy check in, welcoming staff, clean and comfortable room. Good value for money. We had some drinks and snacks in the evening, which was lovely. Breakfast was also tasty in the morning. Hotel is also very well located a short drive to Harry Potter Studios, and a short walk from the train station.

Trevligt hotell, nära Harry Potter studiosbussen!
Trevligt hotell med skandinavisk känsla. Tre stjärnor enligt svensk standard skulle jag tro! Fint rum. Något dåligt tryck i kranarna, men inget problem. Helt okej frukostbuffé, dock lite dåligt med brödsorter, men är nog anpassad för engelsk standard. Superbra hotell om man vill åka till Harry Potter studios! Endast 2 min promenad till bussen samt lika nära till tågstationen som tar dig till London på 25 minuter.

Ótima localizacao, limpeza e serviço de quarto
Foi muito boa nossa estadia. Em família. Café da manhã é ótimo. Pessoal é super simpático. O quarto tem café, água e chocolate quente a vontade que é reposto todo dia. A limpeza impecável. O hotel fica a 5 min da estação de trem que você paga 8 libras para ir pra Londres Euston. A região é segura e tem estacionamento. A região tem várias lojas ao redor para comprar comidas e etc. Fica a 20 min de carro do outlet em wembley. ‘

Great overnight stay
Small room but eveything we needed. Arrived early and checked out late, neither of which were a problem. Friendly staff room and communal areas, bar and lounge all clean and tidy. Nice and hady for the station.

Everything you'd expect and more...
I stay in hotels so over the country for business, but this was a weekend treat away for my wife's birthday, from check in to check out the staff we're amazing, the hotel was bright and clean... great decorations as it was Christmas, very comfortable resting area with tv, video games, booths for private and quite time, games to borrow and a well stocked bar. The bedroom had everything we needed and I'll be looking out for Holiday Inns when next i have to book for business in 2024.

Weekend Stay
Was very welcoming from the moment we walked in, Thomas on the desk was great and helpful, and the gentleman later who helped with a late checkout. Hotel was clean, very friendly, food was delicious.

Disappointing!
Unfortunately this hotel was very disappointing and certanly not to the standard we are used to when staying with Travel lodge. The room was unkempt. It smelt stale. The towels and bedding were clean. The road was very noisy at night. Delivery trucks parking near the hotel with the hazzard lights lighting up the room. Lots of buses and sirens. We were not asked it everything had been ok when checking out.
