Great home for our multigenerational family get together. The house is large and beautiful with lots of space for kids to play and adults to relax. The view is spectacular. We enjoyed the activities in area. Highly recommend this property

Main kitchen/dining/living room is large and open, which makes it perfect for the group to all spend time together. The views from the deck are outstanding. Bedrooms and bathrooms are nice. Kids loved pingpong and foosball. Location close to town square. We hope to stay here again next year.

What a beautiful home with stunning views of the mountains! The property was very clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The main family room is picture perfect and is exactly as depicted on VRBO. Add in the hot tub spa and ping pong table and you have the perfect family spot. We had 8 in our party and there was plenty of bed and bathroom space for everyone! Lori is a super responsive host who answered all of our questions quickly - we would definitely rent this property again!!

We booked a four night stay while visiting Waterville for a July wedding and loved every moment of our time in the house. From early morning coffee to happy hour, the views from the main living area were absolutely beautiful and captivating for all ages. The house itself was very clean and a great layout for multiple families. I would highly recommend and hope to return again!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. The house itself was beautiful and extremely well maintained. Lots of space for a large group (7 adults, 4 kids). The views were spectacular, and the house is located in such a great location in Waterville Valley. Less than a 5 minute drive to the town square/activities, including lots of activities and options for kids. The owner was very communicative and friendly. I hope we can go back again next year!

We had a great time during our stay from Aug 21-28. The house is newly built, luxurious with all modern high-end equipment and has the best views in Waterville Valley (we go there almost annually). The house was big enough for the kids and parents to spread around the house and everyone enjoyed it. Lori was very nice and prompt in answering any questions we had. There were even mountain bikes for our use. From the fireplace to the ping pong table to the breathtaking views of the mountains, this was an awesome house to stay for a memorable stay.

This place turned out to be a real life VRBO commercial. The property is amazing and the view from the deck is extraordinary. Our group split off by ages and weā€™re using all parts of the house at certain points. Sitting on the deck, playing table tennis, using the hot tub, cooking, mixing drinks. We were wondering if we would get our monies worth and we most certainly did. I was told be neighbors the house had the best view in the valley. Our younger ones were scootering all over the area near the house and anyone they came into contact was considerate and kind to them. Itā€™s a high end place with very limited reason to leave the house. It when you do the town square is close and easy. I definitely would recommend. The owner was in contact and responsive as well.

Wonderful family reunion in Waterville Valley. Our first get- together since COVID. The house was perfect: large kitchen and family room that accommodated all 10 of us quite easily. The views are amazing and owners were very responsive. House is well stocked for cooking (including gas grill) and is close to trails and Franconia Notch. Fantastic stay!

We had a wonderful and relaxing stay. Waterville valley is a beautiful area and this house lets you enjoy that beauty in so many ways. It is on a quiet street close to the Athletic Center and close to the town square so it is an easy drive or even walk if you can pull yourself away from this cozy home. We could have soaked in the views of the mountains all day from the living room or deck. We had one rainy day and we were just as happy sitting by the fire and watching the weather and mountains in the comfortable and inviting living space. Communication with the owners was exceptional with detailed instructions and even helpful videos. They were quick to respond with any questions even though we didn't have many because the instructions left at the house were very detailed. Overall we would highly recommend this vacation home to anyone looking to get away and enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains. There is plenty of space to spread out, we had a cozy stay with 4 but it could certainly entertain more comfortably.

Wife and I went up for the weekend in October for foliage season. House is beautiful and VERY clean (probably my biggest concern with VRBO rentals at times). Well appointed and well stocked with everything you could possibly need. Couldn't have a better view to enjoy any season. Lori was extremely helpful and very easy to contact and communicate with. This home was perfect for our summer vacation. We stayed for two straight weeks and had family rotate in and out and easily fit our party of 10. The owner's responsiveness and communication was excellent and the amenities provided were very good. Views off the back deck of the mountains and stars at night was the icing on the cake for our perfect family vacation.

We had a wonderful stay. There were breathtaking views of the white mountains from house . The home was beautiful with very tasteful decorations, a well equipped kitchen and lots of space. It was perfect for 2 families with teenage kids. We used the hot tub everyday and went biking hiking and used the white mountain athletic club pool facilities. The kids loved the teen room and played ping pong. Waterville valley was a quiet friendly town and we felt that we were safe and away from crowds during this pandemic. People were wearing masks in public and the town seemed Covid conscious. We ventured out to Campton which was less than 20 min away for dinner and had great meals at restaurants there. Recommend the covered bridge restaurant and panorama six 28 with breathtaking views. Lori was a great host and very responsive. Overall we had a 5/5 stay and would recommend this property to anyone who wanted to stay in 5 star accommodations.

The property was beautiful in a prime location in Waterville Valley. The house was immaculate upon arrival and entry/check in was very easy. We stayed there with four couples and had more than enough room and privacy for each. The views from the deck and living room were incredible. We had a great time grilling dinner on the deck and cooking breakfast in the kitchen. Lori was easy to communicate with through the app/text and provided us with all the instruction we needed to operate the house. Would definitely recommend to others and would certainly stay there again.

Beautiful home in quiet community with all the amenities a family would need. We all enjoyed playing ping pong, relaxing in the hot tub under the stars and everyone had plenty of space to move around easily. Kitchen had every appliance needed to make a big family breakfast and hiking and kayaking were available nearby to round out our trip. Owner was responsive and any questions/concerns were addressed and answered quickly. Thank you for a wonderful trip!
