The convenience to The Vine, my floor had food trays outside of doors the entire time we stayed.

OVERPRICED!!! The desk (I guess that's what they called it) was all scratched up. The water pressure was low. For what was supposed to be a king sized room it was small. Thin walls; we could hear the people in next room with no problem. Unknown to us free breakfast was only if room booked through hotel & even then, needed to purchase correct package. My boyfriend thought the bed was comfortable. del Lago Casino and Resort will never get another dime of my money.

Carpet and upholstery in the room needed to be replaced or deep cleaned also the furniture was old and scratched up. The bed linen wasn’t properly on the bed no fitted sheet just a few flat sheets. Robe and towels was rough and scratchy.

We do not use a fitted sheet on our beds; there should be three flat sheets (two would encapsulate the comforter and the third sheet would cover the mattress protector). The rooms are spacious, beds are comfortable and it's very quiet. The casino is very easy to navigate and the staff is friendly. The food offerings are plentiful and delicious.
