Some things to note about our space:
Kindly be aware that this historically rich and stylish property boasts only two elegantly appointed full bathroom designed for shared use among all guests. There is a powder room on the main level bringing this to 2.5 baths.
Please note that one of the queen bedrooms is accessed through another—common in historic Old Town homes that have grown through multiple additions over the years—but it does have its own door for privacy when needed.

PARKING:

Paid street parking is available throughout Old Town. We recommend downloading the ParkMobile app if you plan to drive and park around town, although most of Old Town is easily walkable from the home.
You may park directly in front of the home for up to 2 hours using ParkMobile. Please note that the City of Alexandria recently changed the parking regulations on this block of Alfred Street, and parking is now metered through the app.
For longer-term parking, there is a paid parking garage on Cameron Street, approximately two blocks away between Pitt and Royal Streets. There is also a paid open-air lot farther west on Cameron Street, approximately four blocks from the home.
