★ Bedroom 2 (1st Floor): Another plush king bed with 12" memory foam mattress for comfort and privacy + 43" Roku Smart TV.
★ Bedroom 3 (2nd Floor): Queen-size bed, 12" memory foam mattress with warm natural light and peaceful ambiance + 43" Roku Smart TV.
★ Bedroom 4 (2nd Floor): A second queen bed, 12" memory foam mattress with stylish details + 43" Roku Smart TV.
★ Bedroom 5 (Lower Level): Two full-size beds, each with 12" memory foam mattress in a flexible family-friendly layout, along with a 55" Roku Smart TV. **Please Note - lower level ceiling height is 6'4".

Outdoor Space:
Step into your own private outdoor cinema and spa deck, complete with a 100” remote-controlled (motorized) projector screen, luxury patio furniture, outdoor dining, overhead string lights, and bubbling hot tub for unforgettable evenings.
Please note that upon booking, an additional $500 hot tub security deposit fee will be collected. $150 is non-refundable, and the rest is refundable provided that the hot tub is well taken care of and no additional cleaning services / maintenance is required at check out.
