The Unit is located on the lower level towards the back of the home. As you enter the unit you'll discover a welcoming space designed for convenience and relaxation. This level includes three bedrooms, a convenient kitchenette for quick snacks and meals, a spacious living room for gatherings, and a shared bathroom servicing the bedrooms. 5. Our spacious bedrooms are designed to comfortably accommodate extra guests if needed. For a small fee of $20 per night, we can provide an inflatable mattress to ensure everyone in your group has a comfortable place to sleep.

6. Some noise may be heard during the day and when the house is fully occupied due to other guests moving around in the lower level floor. However, it remains quiet after 10 PM, in line with our house rules.
