I expressed all of this to the host, and she said they are working on improvements. »

The check in and check out process is super easy. The host is very responsive and helpful. Had an issue and the host had sent someone out the same day to take care of it. « The location is by far the biggest draw. We had extended family with multiple cars and between the driveway and street parking, it was doable!! For those who know the areas in and around DC, parking is usually the problem. Not here! The owners were very quick to respond and accessible. The layout was a little difficult to interpret in the listing but ultimately worked! There are two bedrooms in the basement, one with out a door, but private since there is a door to the basement.
