• Guest Screening Required: For the safety of all residents and guests, a brief pre-arrival screening is mandatory. If not completed or approved, the reservation will be canceled.

• Central HVAC System:
Heating: Operates from Oct 15 – May 1
A/C: Available from May 15 – Oct 1
During seasonal transitions, system function is based on outside temperatures.

• Pool Access (Open daily from 11:00 AM – 8:00 PM):
Daily access fee: $10 per guest
Wristband required for entry
Lost/damaged wristbands incur a $100 replacement fee – keep them safe!

• No washcloths are provided – please plan accordingly.

• Parking Guidelines:
1 parking spot included per reservation
Additional vehicles must find alternative nearby parking
Always park in your designated space and display your parking pass
Do not park in handicap spots unless you have a valid permit
