- The homeowner lives upstairs with a friendly dog.

-Because this is a basement apartment, sound can travel between levels. Please observe quiet hours, especially late at night and early in the morning.

-Street parking is available. Guests may be provided with access to a DDOT Visitor Parking Pass during their stay if arranged through Home Sweet City.
