The design and amenities will satisfy the pickiest of guests. If you want to be a stone throw away from DC, Monuments, Cherry Blossom or Georgetown, this is your home!

Coffee station with Keurig and French press, creamer, sugar. Plenty of glassware, bottle and wine opener, basic spices, olive oil, vinegar, pots, pans and complimentary snacks when you check-in! We haven't forgotten about you.

✭ BATHROOM NECESSITIES ✭
Shampoo, Conditioner, Body Wash in all full bathrooms. Make up towels and fresh white towels for each stay. Washer/Dryer available for your use, also heated floor in the main bathroom!

✭ BEDROOMS
There are two bedrooms, one with a King bed and one with a Queen bed.

✭ INFANTS/KIDS ✭
We offer a pack-n-play, baby safe plastic utencils, plates, baby high chair and kids historical books about some of DC's most well known people. **Baby Sitters are offered at additional fees.**

Landscaped front patio area with patio table and chairs.

The Parking pass must not be lost. If taken or lost we will charge a $200 fine as it's extremely hard to replace.

Unfortunately at this time there are no emotional or service animals allowed at this property. One or more of the owners who live in the property part time throughout the year have severe allergies to animals. We apologize in advance for any inconvenience this may cause you but appreciate you not putting our family in a possible harmful situation.
