« The property was very conveniently located. The cost for two bedrooms and a full kitchen could not be matched. Only downside was a decent amount of street noise, and it was lacking blackout curtains, but having stayed in many Topeka hotels, I’d chose this over them every time. »

« I came to Topeka to visit family. My cousin recommended the property and I was not disappointed. My room was clean and spacious with everything I needed. The location was perfect. I was about 10 min from everything,,,dining, shopping, and family. The staff was helpful and had immediate answers to my questions. I didn't get to enjoy the pool; however, I had breakfast every morning. It was delicious. Thanks for a great stay. Hyatt Place is my number 1 choice for future stays. »

« I arrived tired and was directed to a side door for entrance. The room key did not open the exterior door, so I had to drag my luggage back to the main desk. The clerk did not issue a new key, assuring me that my room would open. It did not. I went back to get a new key and slid into my bed too tired to look for dinner. The clerk should have issued a new key immediately. »

« I just needed a simple place to stop and get some sleep, and this fit the bill. The registration staff were excellent—they were totally prepared for my arrival, and check-in was a breeze with zero issues. The bed was comfortable, and the AC was already cranking at a chilly 59 degrees when I walked in, which was great. « I don't understand the average review rate... My room was strongly smelling cigarette even if it is supposed to be non-smoking room and it was not that clean. At the breakfast there were no more eggs and regular coffee. The only employee I saw seemed too busy to take care of all these details. The AC was so so. I understand it's under renovations but they don't even seem to try to make up for that. On the positive side it was quiet until about 7:30 when the construction workers started. ...
