Châteaux à Washburn

« Indicated Breakfast was available on website. Discovered that was not reality. We had to go elsewhere because breakfast was just some bread to make toast, cereal and coffee. Staff indicated muffins were normally there but out of them by the time we went to breakfast. This is not what we were used to seeing at other stays in different hotels such as Comfort Inns. »

« Definitely recommend. The staff was exceptional and the amenities were just as described. The pool and hot tub area were well maintained. The room was immaculate and the housekeeping staff was attentive and thorough. »

« Great breakfast and clean rooms. »

« We absolutely loved it there. We stayed in the honeymoon room and have a beautiful view of the sunrise in the morning. It was quiet and beautiful. »

« When we arrived to our first room my wife found the bed pillows and bed was in disarray also couch pillows were messed up like someone was still in the room So we were given a new room and in this room we found hair on pillows and blankets on top of that we went to complain and all the manager offered us was Bonvoy Points which we didn’t accept they could of offered us a free breakfast or drinks nothing And when we checked out no one was at the front desk my wife had to locate someone to help...

« It wasn’t bad. Rooms were clean. Not much breakfast options. »

« Spent the weekend with my husband for our anniversary! It was wonderful »
