Hotel confortable, personnel très sympathique et serviable. Bar/restaurant très bien pour cloturer une longue journée de travail. La décoration est d’un autre age, mais ça ne gène en rien

Chambre avec WC bouché avant notre arrivée. Problème non résolu après 2 signalements. Des cheveux noirs au fond de la baignoire étaient présents. Chambre mal insonorisé par rapport au couloir quand des personnes discutent dans le couloir pendant 45 mn, vous n'entendez même pas la télévision et vous ne pouvez encore moins dormir. Un sas fermé à l’entrée de la chambre serait le bienvenue. exemple : mettre une porte entre l’entrée de chambre et le pièce principale. Cela ce fait parfois ailleurs et ça fonctionne très bien.

Très bon service,le restaurant très bien tenu et avons été accueilli en français par geoffrey,très symphatique et très professionnel!!!!!!!!! Quand à l'emplacement de l'hôtel trop près de l'autoroute!!!!!!! et un peu loin du centre de Stradford!!!!! n'empêche nous avons très bien dormi dans un lit plus que confortable.Piscine,sauna...satisfaisant.

This is my second stay in property. Property is fine but faced issues with room both time. The housekeeping is a problem. They miss keeping basics toiletries on multiple occasion. The Electric kettle was broken and some rooms dont have iron.

Whenever i book through Expedia, I get these terrible rooms on the 1st floor , cleanliness and the up-keep of toilets is quite bad on this floor.

I always stay at delta, this time i was given the room on the ground floor, it was in a bad condition, lights were not working, bathroom was old and dirty, the sink had water drainage issues, the room door kept making noises, even internet was very patchy. This floor seems run down without proper maintenance. I am again staying next week and the week after and do not want to stay on the ground floor as clearly its an unmaintained part of the hotel building

Such a dated hotel I’m surprised this is part of the Marriott group. Bathroom was vintage. Room was cold. Heating didn’t work and wasn’t linked to the thermostat

There was no hot water in the shower. The rooms were not clean enough, the carpets were stained and the bathroom was not clean either.

We were driving past but feeling tired so decided to try it out. Pleasantly surprised and overall enjoyed the stay, a couple of hiccups but they were resolved. Buffet breakfast was good VFM.

Lovely staff with brilliant staff
Excellent staff, from Reception, Cleaners, Bar & Restaurant. Room a bit dated but clean and comfortable. TV signal a bit erratic in evening. Overall very good stay.

the stay at this hotel was great, comfortable, fell start to sleep, as the beds were so comfortable. the Staff were excellent, as i am disabled the staff offered to help all the time . Great stay
