We invite you to come enjoy your time away at our fun lake front cottage on Little Barbee Lake. Close proximity to Big Barbee Lake (all sports lake)
Little Barbee is part of the Barbee Chain of Lakes with plenty of room to boat and fish. Bring your own boat or jet ski as the dock is steps away from the cottage.

The space
We love the quiet, peaceful resting place this cottage provides with all the amazing panoramic lake views. Cool and inviting in the summer and warm and cozy in the winter!
A chat with a local lake resident may result in the best places to catch a variety of fish - Bass, Bluegill, Catfish, Yellow Perch, Northern Pike and maybe even Muskie!
Our home is set up to accommodate 4 guests. It's best suited for a couples get away or for small families. We may be willing to make some exceptions based on ages of guests.
April thru Oct these amenities are available at the cottage:
• Private pier provides easy off and on water access for boaters/jet skis or Kayaks
***Important Safety Precautions: We have 2 under water fans located on our lake property. They are marked by polls above the water. Please avoid swimming or approaching the areas around the underwater fans. These devices use powerful currents to move debris and can pose a danger to swimmers.
• Patio Area - Complete with BBQ grill, firepit (firewood is provided) and comfortable
sitting area!
• 4 Kayaks and lifejackets
• 2 Cornhole yard games
• Swimming is not recommended at this time due to the bottom of the lake being murky - we are working on this and hope to have a swimming area soon...
Guest access
You will have full access to our home, laundry area, back yard and patio area. The pier will be yours to use during your stay with us. We encourage you to bring your own boat and/or jet ski's. Friendly reminder: The lake does have a 10 mph speed limit, though Big Barbee Lake may be used for all sports activities.
*The extra garage on the property is not available to guests at this time...
Other things to note
Because of the quiet, peaceful sitting of our lake cottage community, we kindly ask that you are respectful to our neighbors by keep your time at our cottage quiet, no loud parties please!
***The water at the cottage can tend to have a smell and if this is an issue, you are welcome to bring drinking water to use during your stay. There is an extra fridge in the entrance to keep water cold.
We have 2 security cameras on our property....
1 at the entrance of the house (garage entrance door)
1 on the side of the house facing the detached garage.
These will be on for the duration of your stay.
The number of guests that are listed at the time of your reservation is the amount of guests allowed during your stay. Extra guests are not allowed without permission from us in advance!
