The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. The water in the shower couldn't turn off, so ran rather loudly all night, and the toilet ran, and water slowly dripped out of the valve onto the floor. Just needed a little maintenance.

WILL NOT STAY HERE AGAIN!!!!
This place has no idea of what they are doing. We get there early on 7/27/23 and the lady checks us in, go to the room and it was not clean, so go back to desk & we tell her that we’ll be back in a couple of hours, so she assured us the room would be clean. Well guess what, came back a few hours later and it was the same, NOT CLEAN. We go back to front desk, which now has someone else there, this lady apologized several times and assigned us to a different room, exactly upstairs above the dirty room, went to get into room and that room was occupied by others. Really getting angry about now, go back to desk, lady apologized again & again (of course all the while blaming someone else) then assigned us to another room. The 3rd room was ok, but the next night our key cards wouldn’t work so we had to go back to the desk, and now it’s a man there, we tell him we can’t get in, we tell him the room # and he takes the cards and re-programs them and hands them back. WTH, that means anyone could do that and get in any room they wanted to. He did not check ID or ask us our name or anything. We WIIL NOT EVER stay there again. Not very secure and all 3 desk clerks had NO idea what they were doing.

Great stay
We had a great stay! Looks like the rooms were newly renovated. The service and staff at the hotel were great and they were very accommodating. The breakfast was excellent! There were many food options to chose from. We will definitely stay there again if we are back in the area.

The check in personnel was very friendly and professional. The room bed were exceptional. The furniture; upholstered sofa and chair, were a bit spotty. Overall the stay was very good.

We do our best to ensure that smokers do not smoke in our nonsmoking rooms or common areas, both of which result in a bad musty smell; and when a situation like this occurs, we try to address it immediately, thoroughly cleaning and disinfecting to restore the clean smell of our accommodations. Guest satisfaction is top priority at our hotel; for that reason, we truly appreciate your feedback about the guest experience at the hotel. We do not allow smoking in common areas at all and we will be implementing stricter measures in the future. Thank you.
