« Great hotel, sweet staff, but hotel maid was kind of rude. Almost angry that we were staying longer, but the lady at the front desk was absolutely phenomenal and sweet. Even with the maid being a little bit rude I still would give it a 10 out of 10. »

« Terrible communications , couldn’t get in the location as they wanted me to reach out to them for entry details 24 hours in advance. Also when I did reach out to both them and Hotels.com as well the owner didn’t respond until 3 days later. Ripoff »

« Jaymie was at the desk when we arrived and was very welcoming and friendly. We loved her instantly! We were there for two nights on business and she gave us a nice room on the 4th flloor. Their elevators were kind to our knees. The room was spacious.and spotless. We could not have had a better stay. The breakfast was delicious and plentiful and well kept after. We will stay here every time we need something in Hopkinsville. »
