« We had a clean room. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The continental breakfast was a little lacking but everything else was wonderful! »

« Building is under a much needed renovation. Ive been staying here since 2019 and this is the worst its been with cleaning of general areas ...pool is closed for renovation and rooms not done are very run down. However newly done areas look FANTASTIC! »

« No person at front desk. All done by video call. Room-- bathroom door will not close. Toilet paper holder loose in wall. No shelf in shower for soap or wash cloth. Problems with key cards. »

« The halls smelled like mold. The staff always seemed to be annoyed when you needed help or they had a friend at the front desk with them. It was almost like you were interrupting them. We won’t stay here again. »

« Everything was great. Breakfast in the morning lacked and the food seemed cold (not reheated enough) and maybe a day or two old as far as the biscuits go. In fairness, they were full the weekend we were there, and probably ran out of fresh food. The staff was amazing. »
