No heating in the room
I was lodged in the budget cabin. Showers and toilets are outside of the cabin and You have to cross a drive. The big problem is that there was not heating in the cabin and it was Winter. There where 2 radiators but none was working. I spent the night under the covers and even under the covers it was freezing. The reception was closed at that time so I could'nt complain. I went at the reception in the morning at 7.30 to make a complain and talk to the manager. Both the woman at the reception and the manager were compréhensive. I've had à total refund and the manager offered me the breakfast.

Hi Jacques, It was very unfortunate that both heaters in your room were not working. Justin has replaced one and put instructions out for the second one. We have made our room description as accurate as possible for the cabins, as they are not self contained. We apologize for the circumstances and we are glad that you were satisfied with the way we managed the situation.

Stay at Wanaka Top 10 was amazing, stunning views, clean room and kitchen for use. Really like the layout of the room. Would definitely stay again.

This was a great place to stay like home, but be within driving distance to food and shopping. It was a great second home to do laundry, relax, and feel like home.

The property was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The owners and staff were very accommodating and eager to make my stay enjoyable. I loved the location … and semi-private patio set up to enjoy a cup of coffee (or meal) while listening to the birds and enjoying the scenery. I would definitely stay here again if I return to Wanaka.

Warm and cozy room. It would be better if there were some cutlery in Kitchen, as we were unaware cutlery could be borrowed. Otherwise, it was the best.

Thanks for giving us 10 out of 10. We have a range of accommodation options to choose from. Full cooking facilities or basic with fridge, jug, toaster and microwave. For a cheaper option a cabin might suit.

Stopped in the cabin. Cosy but fine for a couple of nights. Good toilets/showers and decent kitchen area. Wifi was pretty bad and un-usable in the evenings so don't rely on that.

Det ligger lite utanför stan (ca 2km) så det är en lite promenad till strand och restauranger men det är fint. Standarden är bra men inte fantastisk. Rent och fräscht. Trevlig service.

Thanks for giving us 8 out of 10- our drop off courtesy van is a great option if you aren't wanting to drive your van or walk. It is around a 20-30 minute walk along the Wanaka tree and lakefront to town.
