The property offers a drying room for your ski gear, making it the perfect spot for a winter escape. And for those who prefer warmer weather, there are kayaks and mountain bikes, allowing you to explore the stunning natural surroundings.

The open plan living area is beautifully presented with easy outdoor flow, making it the ideal spot for al fresco summers. The private, fully fenced section is perfect for barbeques with your family - you can keep cool in the shade or soak up the sun, all while surrounded by stunning mountain vistas.

All beds are new and high quality. It is worth noting that the fourth bedroom is off the lounge room and also serves as an office space. The two bathrooms are well-appointed with underfloor heating in both tiled bathrooms and the toilet.

Bedroom 3: 2 Long Singles. Our flexible bed configuration allows for the option to have a king-sized bed upon request, with a fee applicable for this customization.
Office: 1 King Single with a desk. There is no wardrobe in this room.

This is self-catering accommodation however for your convenience, we will get you started with a few rolls of toilet paper, hand soap, dishwashing liquid and dishwasher detergent along with a couple of tea towels, dishcloth, 2 bin liners and laundry liquid. We use only eco-friendly cleaning products. Sheets and towels are provided. We recommend you bring your own beach towels.

Interaction with Guests:
Wanaka Holiday Homes office hours are Monday to Friday: 8am to 5pm and Saturday: 9am to 2pm. We are available after hours for urgent matters. You will be provided with arrival instructions one week prior to arrival. This is self catering holiday home accommodation. We provide sheets and towels but you will need to bring you own personal supplies.
