Very nice staff, my room was clean. They just dont have a breakfest. But i knew that coming in and i still stayed for 15 or 16 days.

Hope you don't get the pleasure of checking in with Darlene. She's a real "peach". Booking with Expedia it sent over the request as a smoking room when we are non-smokers. She was so hung up on the smoking policy she wasn't even listening when I tried to ask to be switched to a non-smoking room. She then got biligerant and when asked if this was her attitude she proceeded to state she's had 17 years in the business and knows people like me and not too worry the whole thing is being recorded. Look at the reviews and she's been getting away with this for over a year. NEVER would stay here again just because of her even though once in the room it was comfortable. Oh, and housekeeping tried walking into our room at 8:10 in the morning. Maybe the owner or Red Roof Inn corporate will one day realize what a detriment she is to their business.

Good stay, great value.
Well-sized, very comfortable room. Clean in the middles (don't look in the corners or behind the bathroom door - you'll find a crumb collection.) But the sheets and towels were clean, the beds were comfortable, the water was hot and plentiful - it was a good stay at a great price.

First room had feces in the bathtub - the sheets kept creeping up the bed, a loud car exhaust kept us up for hours the second night -had to call the police. The front desk didn't answer to help. We had the cleaning guy just walk in the door without knocking - Awkward. This place is horrible.

The motel was surprisingly quite at night even through the weekend. The female evening staff that checked us in on 6/29 was grumpy and complaing to me she wasn't able to eat her dinner because of problem customer.

Okay for the price and a short stay
When we first checked in the lady at the desk was a bit rude and a little short with me for no reason. The room had a weird, overwhelming smell and wasn’t overly clean. There were a few bugs which may be normal, but just wanted to state that. We also made sure to bring our own pillows and blankets as we didn’t exactly have faith in the cleanliness of the ones here. Overall, we only needed a place to sleep for the night, so it was fine for the price and purpose.

Not as advertised. At this price point the room should be better. The room smelled strongly of smoke (supposed to be non-smoking). It was not stocked for 4 people (2 towels, 2 cups, NO Soap, Lotion, Shampoo - All Empty). Our family with small children did not feel safe here. There were men outside our room smoking and talking loudly at various times until midnight.

The room looked updated. The refrigerator didnt shut all the way and the microwave door was open. The outside door was also not shut all the way. The beds were pretty comfortable.

Difficult to get to. Drive was dangerous to deive on. Desk clerk wantéd to be rude but i refused to take the bait to argue with her. Was given a nonsmokong room but the nathroom smelt like someone had just lit up.

Basically used as a place to sleep. Gone most of the time. Maid did minimal cleaning, gave us new towels and took garbage each day. Never touched the bed or floor in five days. Reasonably quiet nights.
