« This is a great hotel if you have an early flight and just need a place to sleep.... DO NOT expect anything more!! It is clean but as basic as they come. « When calling the hotel prior to check in, the customer service was absolutely delightful! The customer service agent I spoke to was pleasant, helpful and competent. Checking in was slow. « Staff was friendly and helpful. That was the only positive. The hotel looks abandoned and like it is going to close at any moment. It is not maintained whatsoever, the inside and outside. Elevator broken, door to pool broken, door to outside lock was actually removed, outside not maintained at all, trash everywhere. Room was disgusting.
