« Upon check in at this property, there were signs of a cockroach infestation and a live cockroach was seen in the kitchen. The apartment also was not clean. I chose not to stay at the property due to concerns over safety and cleanliness and the "owner" Jasmine only refunded a portion of the rental fee. « The location was perfect. There was only hot water, off and on, in the first week, but this was resolved and had it consistently in the 2nd week. We felt safe as there was a coded gate to the premises as well as the front door. You can definitely tell there are multiple people living above this rental, but it was quieter at night. There were a few other bumps, but overall, I liked this rental. »

« I had an amazing stay at the spot. It was for a very short time but the place was super comfortable and included so many more ammenities than I even expected or even had the time to use. Christine was super on top of communication and was kind enough to offer me all the guidance from check in to check out. It was super lovely and the location was awesome as well.
