« The house is beautiful and newly renovated. The host has it stocked beautifully! They even provided all soaps, toilet paper, garbage bags and enough towels for everyone for the whole week.The drawback and why I did a 4-star is the driveway. I have a new respect for mountains- we have been to Gatlinburg- Branson and white water rafting in West Virginia. « We rented the house for Jeepfest 2026 and the house and property was perfect for our group and fit all of our jeeps. The house was very clean and gorgeous. Would definitely stay again. The host wa extremely nice and answered all our questions in a very respectful time. »

« The overall space and design was very roomy for 9 adults. The property itself needs some TLC. The electronics had very little instructions. Remotes were half put together. Theatre was nice but game chairs didn't work and couldn't get the surround sound to function. The outdoor space also requires some attention as the fire pit is falling apart and the outdoor patio furniture was really dirty. Gas grill was ok but needs attention or replacement. « This house was not ready to be rented to people- the pipes were very noisy and I didn’t have one night of sleep while I was there! Huge cockroaches were in the house as well huge red ants- the management was notified that I couldn’t sleep and didn’t do nothing to resolve the issues. I also felt it was unsafe because there wasn’t curtains on the windows on the main level and I felt like anyone could be watching us. Also there are stairs to all the bedrooms. »
