« We enjoyed the location more than we expected. Though I didn’t realize you can’t access the beach from there or in neighborhood. It was extra special facing the Alsea river and watching all the wildlife in and around the water. And still seeing the ocean to our left. »

« Loved the view and beach access!
The place needs an update badly…Sheetrock, baseboards, sprucing up, but the shower was dirty and the living room carpet was old and appeared to be not vacuumed
Overall, for the price I give it a 6 out of 10 »
