« This property is by far the best we have stayed in traveling the north side for 3 week with a family of 4. Its location is perfect nice and quiet. It’s not in the smelly part of Rotorua . We have slept in many beds and we have found the beds at under the walnut feel like home. The outside is deceiving doesn’t look like much. But the inside has everything you need as if you were at home. I’d definitely stay there again. »

« This property is clean and modern. It's well equipped, so if you're cooking meals this is a really good choice.Beds are comfy and the heat pump kept the house warm on a cold night. »

« Beautiful home. My family loved taking pictures in nearly every room due to the decoration. Close to city center. Google maps takes you to the wrong address but easy to get to when you figure it out. Larger cars might have an issue with the narrowness of the gare when leaving but we managed. I left a lighter, kindling and fire starters for the next people as we could find anything at the property to start the beautiful fireplaces with. I will 100% be booking this property in the future. « House was clean and nicely set up, beds very comfortable, functional kitchen and access to property and bathroom great for accessibility via wheelchair access if required. The property was central and easy to access. Only downside for location is being on a busy main road with loads of heavy trucks passing but adjusted to traffic noise after the first night. Very generous with bedding linen, towels etc, made the stay effortless and like being at home, would recommend this place to families and...

"When we arrived in the early evening, they could not check us in because they couldn't make keycards. The had us and many others in the lobby area, for some time. We went out for dinner and came back around 10. They still had not figured out the keycard issue, they let us into our room, but could not issue a keycard. Next morning, still no keycard, in the evening they finaly had keycards for some rooms. We were one of "the lucky ones" who finally got a roomkey. Hotel parking spaces were very limited. fortunately street parking was available and free of charge. "
