Perfect Family Beach House. Walk out gate to Amazing Beach.

The Waialua Beach House is located on the North Shore of Oahu, just steps from the beach. Itā€™s only 2 miles from Haleiwa and its shops and restaurants and a short drive to the famous surf spots of Sunset, Pipeline, Haleiwa and Waimea. This recently remodeled and furnished home has 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, a well maintained and spacious backyard and is only 99 steps from a family-friendly beach where you can walk for miles, swim, snorkel, search for sea glass and kitesurf.

The house comfortably sleeps 10 with three bedrooms with queen beds and the 4th room with two sets of bunk beds. All rooms are equipped with ceiling fans and split air conditioners. A Pack n' Play is supplied for the youngest member of your family.

The fully equipped kitchen has granite countertops and updated appliances including a dishwasher, stove, refrigerator, microware, blender, Kuerig, 12-cup coffeemaker and Instapot. It also has a large farmhouse table, highchair, and a backyard BBQ.

The spacious living room has a large screen TV with high-speed internet providing the ability to connect to Netflix, Hulu or other apps. It also has high-speed ceiling fans and a split air conditioner to ensure your comfort during the heat of the day. Another bonus is a connecting game/dining room with a large table perfect for puzzles or games that is decorated with a stunning traditional Hawaiian ceiling.

There are two full bathrooms with granite countertops and a shower/tub combination. There is also a half bath outside as well as an outdoor shower for washing off following your beach excursions.

While you are here you can have a great time enjoying the adjacent beach to as well as the large fenced in backyard and the nearby 2-mile biking/hiking trail that leads directly to Haleiwa.

The Wailua Beach House includes all the necessary amenities for a wonderful family trip to paradise from an on-site washer and drier to beach chairs, umbrellas and both indoor and outdoor games. Just bring your clothes and have the time of your life!

We had a great time. The home was just perfect for the 7 of us and could accommodate more. Location was beautiful being able to walk to the beach There were quaint towns and activities close by.

This house was spacious for our group of 10 and was literally a minute walk to the beach. The home provided beach chairs, a beach umbrella and beach toys and having a hanging line to dry swimsuits on was perfect! The outdoor shower was absolutely amazing and the yard was spacious enough for the kids to play in. Our kids loved playing with the neighborhood kids and the neighbors were very welcoming. Would definitely recommend this home and we will be booking it again in the future!

Property was great. House was clean and spacious. The patio area with lawn and BBQ was nice to have as we made all of our suppers. It was a great way to wind down after busy days. Many beaches near by but not all great for swimming due to the waves. We had teenagers who enjoyed wave jump inlet so it worked for us. Be sure to check out

The house was extremely clean, had plenty of space, yard was amazing, outside shower was cool, had privacy fence with automatic security gate. Check in and check was simple and the owners were extremely kind. We will definitely try to stay here again next time and strongly recommend for bigger families!

My family of 8 stayed for the week and really enjoyed the house! We appreciated access to all the beach supplies: chairs/umbrella/snorkel equipment/ towels, etc. House is just as pictured. Walked to the beach with our coffee in the AM. We loved it here and would certainly recommend to others.

Stayed for 8 days in June. The house was perfectly described and was clean and was stocked with towels, goggles snorkels etc. Air conditioning worked great and ceiling fans were nice. Towels, sheets, and dishes were plentiful. The neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. The gate to close the driveway is nice to ensure safety and privacy. The beach is a short walk of probably 50 yards on a beach access path. The beach seems to be a naturally red water due to the sand/soil in the area so the water is not a super clear blue or green color. Would book here again.

We had 5 adults and 4 kids ages 1.5 to 5 years old, and this was the perfect house for us. Only 2 houses between us and the beach. The outdoor shower was perfect for when we returned from the beach and the kids loved it! All the essentials that we needed were there too, from a pack n play to sand toys.

There was more than enough room for the nine of us. All rooms are good sized plus there's an outdoor shower and water closet. There's all you need in the kitchen but the ice maker did not work. Loved having the washer, dryer, clothes line and laundry supplies. Location to beach was excellent...walk out the door, turn right walk about 3 houses down to sand and water. The condition of the surrounding houses were poor/good and everything in between which made an authentic neighborhood and a welcome change from look alike condos/houses. The fenced in yard and automatic gate provided security and privacy. The only downside is that I wished the bathrooms and kitchen was cleaner.

If youā€™re looking for a home away from the busy tourist areas and large enough for multiple families/friend groups to gather - look no further. Just steps away from a beautiful, private beach, this place also has everything your group needs to make the most of your trip - beach chairs, sand toys, coolers, floats, beach towels, grill, a well-equipped kitchen with kids tableware, a gated and beautiful lawn, etc. Itā€™s just minutes to North Shore hot spots as well. Our group had toddlers and teens and everyone had a great time. The property manager was very communicative and helpful as well.

This property is as advertised. Three bedrooms with queen beds. One bedroom with two twin bunk beds. Large living room. Great kitchenā€¦small dishwasher, so lots of loads. Small dining room table for 6. Large dining room table that can seat 8 or 10. A few slow drains. Washer and dryer, but bring your own laundry pods. Limited supply. Plenty of coconuts that will fall in the backyard. Beach is very close, but not out of the back door. I would definitely stay here again.

Property was great! Just a short walk to the beach. Great for families! We had an issue getting ahold of the property manager when we arrived on the island., however VRBO connected us with the owner Cathy and she had everything handled quickly. The only other thing was that when we arrived at the property, there was a tub and sink that were clogged as well as the electrical outlets in the bathrooms were not working. Property manager said he would come and look but never did.

Property itself is beautiful and is as described. Nice and quiet location steps away from the beach. The owners are kind. The communication would be my only point of possible improvement, as it was a little bit stressful as I was not able to get a hold of anyone to confirm the booking or details until about 48h before the stay, but once I was able to connect everything went fine.
