The home is equipped with a hot tub, pool (seasonal), high-speed internet, big screen smart TV, and an Alexa-enabled Bluetooth speaker.
The beach is a 2-minute drive away, or 10 minutes by a walk.
The cozy living room is designed to bring people together in an intimate setting. Enjoy the wood-burning stove, sip some cocktails or hot chocolate from the comfort of the plush leather couch and scandi-modern armchairs, curl up with a book, pillows, and throws, binge your favorite shows or watch a movie on the big screen TV, or play some cards and games.
The kitchen is fully equipped with high-end cooking equipment suitable for preparing any meal, whether a quick breakfast, snack or a multi-course gourmet dinner. Brew a coffee using the upgraded Keurig machine, or make a tea or hot cocoa with the electric water kettle. Enjoy a glass of wine or create a mixed drink with the included cocktail shaker.

You will have access to the house and private backyard.

We are committed to being both responsible hosts and neighbors. This home is also our vacation home; it is in a quiet neighborhood with some full and some part-time neighbors. It is located in a residential community, with some families raising children nearby. We treat the home and our neighbors with care and respect and hope our guests do the same. Please note that there are security cameras located on the exterior perimeter of the home and property. These cameras are here for our guestsâ safety in case of any issues.

Seasonal Availability of Outdoor Amenities
Please note that all outdoor amenities, including the pool, patio furniture, grills, and other exterior equipment, are typically stored away between Columbus Day and Memorial Day. If you have specific questions regarding these amenities, feel free to reach out to us for more information.
Due to the climate of the Northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
If you are looking for multiple homes that are close by for additional family and/or friends please inquire! We have many other beach homes within close proximity.
IMPORTANT NOTES:
- There is a standard pet fee of $200 per pet, per stay. An additional $100 may apply for dogs that shed excessively.
- For stays over 21 days, please note that any extra utility costs beyond the initial charged amount are the guest's responsibility.
- Properties with a heated pool incur a daily pool heat fee of $45.
- The property is subject to a $95 hot tub fee per cleaning service.
- For stays longer than 29 days, a refundable deposit is required. Our Team will reach out for further details upon booking.

Cancellation Policy
- Bookings canceled at least 30 days before the start of stay will receive 100%.
- Bookings canceled at least 14 days before the start of stay will receive a 50% refund.
- Please note: This cancellation policy is not applicable for HVMB guests.
Guest Insurance
Please note, as a part of booking we secure insurance for your stay and will require you to sign a Guest Rental Agreement. This insurance is meant to cover any incidental damages to the property that may occur during your stay and does not cover any issues with your trip related to cancellation due to illness or other reasons. We understand that things happen by mistake or accident from time to time, we ask that you let us know when it happens. Youâre covered with us - weâre invested in you having a worry-free stay!
