Hôtel avec vue parfait pour visiter Petra
La vue de la chambre mais également du roof top est exceptionnelle. L’hôtel se trouve sur les hauteurs mais il est à 5 minutes de voiture de Petra. La chambre était spacieuse, propre est fonctionnelle mais attention les prises sont de types G donc pas possible de brancher nos appareils sauf une prise dans la salle de bain. Nous avons dîné sur le roof top, les brochettes de viandes cuites au barbecue étaient très bonnes et surtout le service était impeccable. Si nous devions retourner à Petra, nous réserverions de nouveau dans cet hôtel sans hésiter!

Au premier abords, l’hotel Ne paye pas de mine. L’interieur est mieux. La chambre est confortable surtout au niveau des lits. Mauvaises odeurs dans la douche. La vue est splendide. La piscine est très froide, impossible de me baigner, et dans un état pas terrible. Non conforme aux photos.

Awesome staff! Breakfast just perfect, the room were nice! Some noise from other tourist sometimes but they cannot do anything about that. Just one small bémol: the shower was not really hot. A bit cold

Dear GillianGreetings First thank you for you I honestly review because the reasons as below:1/ You made reservation for twin room with extra bed but we gave you standard triple room2/ You asking for extra bed and we inform you it will be chargeable as per our policy and contract with Expedia but you asking for free extra bed for 4 years baby and we offer you a baby crib but you refuse. 3/ You have bad behavior and rude way when you talking with our staff at the reception that’s why we call Expedia and we inform them the issue4/ You start treating the reservation manager if he didn’t give you free extra bed you will close the property from Expedia because you working with Expedia. 5/. Your type of guest they are not welcoming in our hotel and we will let other properties around the world know about you by social media

Excellent hotel, staff are friendly and welcoming. The rooms are clean and big, bathroom / shower facilities are good. Didn't get to use the swimming pool but pool table was good fun especially since I was traveling with friends. Location is excellent, 5 mins away from Petra entrance.

Lovely room, modern bathroom and best pillows on whole trip (including places 3 times the price). Pool is a little disappointing, but that's not the reason you are here. Easy walk into town (few good restaurants on right), and short drive to Petra parking.

This was by far the best hotel we could even imagine. The staff really went above and beyond. The food is to die for. A lovely 3 course Dinner for a very reasonable price.

Proper hotel
We verbkeven 1 nacht in dit verzorgd hotel. Alles was heel proper. er is weinig parkeerruimte. we moesten de auto in de straat parkeren. We aten BBQ in het restaurant vanwaar je een prachtig zicht had over Petra. Er was ook een lekker ontbijt. Alles was ok en het was slechts een 5-tal minuten van de archeologische siye van Petra.

We came from the 4 star Movenpick Resort in Aqaba, and our rooms at Tetra Tree were bigger, cleaner and nicer! The staff were really helpful and the terrace and dining room are lovely. Sure its not a swanky place, but very comfortable. Some of the bad reviewers - people who say there wasn't enough fresh fruit for breakfast etc - should stick to package hols in Spain!

Clean and comfortable and good value for money. Some way from the Petra site, but with nice views over Wadi Musa. A nice rooftop terrace to enjoy breakfast or a drink in the evening.

Non prenotate questo Hotel a meno che non siate pronti a compromettere la serenità della vostra vacanza! -Arriviamo e ci dicono che c’è stato un problema con un’altra loro prenotazione...quindi la prima notte la passeremo in un 2 stelle in una sorta di sottoscala con letti separati, per poi ritrasferirci per la notte seguente. -Presso l’Hotel era disponibile il galà di capodanno: expedia segnalava il costo di 20 JOD. Arriviamo lì e ci dicono che è 35 JOD (per un totale di 40€ in più a testa rispetto al preventivato). Il galà da €100 è una cena a Buffet senza alcolici inclusi. Bottiglia di vino bianco €40. -Asciugacapelli in camera guasto e corrente che è saltata 2 volte. -Ci telefonano per dirci di spostare la macchina perché gli sta arrivando un pullman...per poi vedere il pullman parcheggiare da un’altra parte. -Al momento del check-out, fosse stato per loro, non avremmo avuto diritto ad alcuno sconto. Ci avevano fatturato tutto così come doveva essere. Nessun “per il disagio...”. Abbiamo dovuto letteralmente litigarci per arrivare a ricevere uno sconto del 50% sulla prima notte. Assurdo. Mai più...peccato perché la struttura in sè è carina e ha una bella vista.

Mit der Aussicht auf die Stadt und Petra punktet das Hotel. Die Dach Terrasse ist gemütlich, wenn es zu windig wird kann man sich kuschlige Mäntelchen überziehen die dort vorrätig sind.Von unserem Zimmer hatten wir ebenfalls einen phantastischen Blick auf Petra. Frühstück ist okay. Der Poolbereich hat uns nicht gefallen. Dort stehen alte Möbel rum und man fühlt sich nicht wohl. Personal war sehr nett und besorgte für Abends Karten „Petra by Night“. Preis Leistung passt.

From the start, Mohamad, the Manager was a great help. After contacting him about transfers from the airport and around the area, he kept in touch and we also organised a transfer to Jerash from Amman. The Tetra Tree is a small personal hotel, a family run business. The rooms are large and well appointed. The Aircon was the best we had during our stay in Jordan. The pool, as others have mentioned, is inside a conservatory style building, so does not get the sun. We actually enjoyed sitting on the roof terrace after our days activities. The restaurant is run by another family. The buffet is good value for money and has a pretty good choice. It was all fresh. Breakfast was equally good. They do serve wine and beers, however they can run out... We had a great stay in this hotel, and if you compare the price versus the big hotels, there is no comparison. Thank you Mohamad for making our time in Jordan great!!

Medium size hotel ~10 mins in Taxi to Petra main entrance. Staff were always exceptionally kind and helpful. Cleaness of the property also good, rooms cozy and spacious, biggest and appreciative highlight: comfy& clean king beds with perfectly working air conditioning, 2 most attributes needed when you are in the "desert" Specially great service and professionalism from Mr Mohammad accommodating all needs to guests to make their stay safe and enjoyable.
