The only complaint that I have is the constant 80’s music being played throughout the hotel. The music doesn’t match the class or vibe of this hotel. 80’s rock, pop culture music made the place feel like a cheaper brand and was out of place for this property. »

« Beautiful resort away from the noisy theatre district yet close enough for accessibility. Well equipped kitchen and great amenities. We had an issue with a noisy air conditioning unit above our room. The front desk staff were able to find us another room. This was not an easy task as the hotel was very busy due to Veterans Day. Greatly appreciated their effort to find a solution. »

« We paid for 3 rooms. One of them the AC unit had to be replaced. One of them smelled musty so they changed our room and the other had a bug that I took a picture of. The entire interior needs an update and clean! From floors to old mold in shower. I guess you get what you pay for for 70$ a night. Staff was nice. Breakfast was cold one day it was only 9am. Very good location wise just hate to see it deteriorated. Locally owned by the way. I forgot to mention how humid it is inside!! You only get...
