Hôtel moderne et chambres confortables. Bonne propreté des lieux. Dommage que la réception ferme trop tôt (17h); si on arrive après il faut s'enregistrer sur une machine! Bon petit déjeuner. Le parking est accessible par l'ascenseur ce qui est un plus.

Étape à vélo électrique. Le garage a un endroit réservé pour les deux-roues, équipé de prises. Top! Personnel très aimable. Buffet de petit déjeuner magnifique. Un séjour parfait.

The whole concept for this hotel was very well done and very interesting. The different rooms with information and facts provided was very cool to learn about. The layout and decoration of the rooms were so cool and well done, everyone in my family loved the lighting and decorations in their rooms.

I did not receive an email from the hotel with instructions how to check in when we arrive in the dark during evening. The bar staff was helpful. Breakfast was amazing and breakfast personal extremely nice

Definitely come back! An excellent choice!
We were a family of 5 and took the dorms for 6 ppl. It was very good! I'm super happy from this choice. Rooms were clean, blankets, pillow and sheets were surprisingly super comfortable! The kids really(!) enjoyed the bunk beds. Everything was super clean (except from a weird butter popcorn smell in the room :) The receptionist was super lovely. Helped us a lot with Wonderfull recommendations and service. The only thing which was not her fault and you need to know - is that the reception closes at 5PM and then you have a check in with a machine, which is also ok. Also - don't forget to take a discount ticket from the reception for the parking lot ! And it also has an electric charging section, which is super! Location is SUPER - one minute walking distance from the boats to Luzern and to mountain RIGI. And last but not least - the breakfast is WOW! Really excellent. The chef was super nice and kept taking care of all our needs! Definitely recommend this hotel!

Heerlijk verblijf
Geweldige locatie vlak aan het meer. Erg behulpzaam personeel. Zwitserland is en blijft duur, maar dit hotel en de omgeving waren top.

This property has a very unique concept and we weren’t quite sure what to expect especially with our room being referred to as a “basic shared dormitory”. However, our room was our own and was very nice and very clean (and did have its own bathroom!) The hotel itself is also beautiful with a rooftop patio with incredible views. The breakfast was included with our room and was delicious.

goed ontbijt, maar we waren daar in een warme periode met geen airco op de kamers slapen was moeilijk. De kamer was voorzien voor 6 personen met stapelbedden de bovenste zijn erg krap door de lage plafonds, zelfs de kinderen hadden hier moeite mee.

This place was simply amazing. Everything was so clean. The breakfast was amazing. I would like to recognize the chef (Romanian gentleman, I think his name is Cornell) who baked a fresh loaf of gluten free bread as I am allergic to wheat. Our room being so good did not have air-conditioning but had a fan instead.

We had a night stop at Neuro and the stay was really good. The hotel is close to the lake, just next to the train and boat. Great views from the rooftop, great breakfast and rooms are confortable and clean. Worth noting the rooms have high accessibility standards. Only thing to change is their checkin system (when you come from the parking) and parking discount barcode, it doesn’t work well, but employees are here to assist

Beautiful area in lake but o it a fan no AC
Sadly disappointed that there was no air conditioning in this modern hotel. It was hit and beds were hard, but it is in the most beautiful place near lake Lucerne. We rented a car but you could easily take the ferry from Lucerne to Vitznau there and back several times a day. The breakfast was so very good and the rooftop lounge a magical place. The staff was great but the parking a pain as it didn’t work for us and is $20 euro a day. No laundry faculties nearby but great restaurants, SUP board rentals across the road and a train up to the top of Mt Rigi make this place a great out of city experience

It was a beautiful hotel with a beautiful balcony and beautiful view, but had MANY quirks. The bed bunks were situated such that there were many bumped heads, self checkin took a long time, the parking garage wouldn’t recognize our key. All that said, 10/10 would visit again. Food was good and priced similar to other options in the area (Yes expensive, but food is expensive everywhere).

Enjoyed my stay with my family. The staff was helpful. Only issue was there no AC so it got warm at times and the view was blocked by construction. The food was amazing and we were close to everything. Really easy to find. Would recommend

We were surprised at how tiny the room was. While I knew it would be pretty basic, I wasn't prepared for just how basic. It looked like it had way more space in the photos online. For a family of 5, it was tight. It was the off season when we were here so it was very quiet but a charming little town that would be fun to visit in summer. The breakfast was lovely and the facilities are very modern and clean.

This hotel is marketed as a large, new one of a kind hotel. In reality they rebranded another small uncomfortable hotel, making it hard to find and surrounded by construction. The beds are like a piece of foam on plywood and it’s 40 minutes away from the attractions the website says it’s 8 miles away
