« House was perfect for our group of four, with a bedroom for each of us. House was well equipped, clean and in a perfect location just a block and 1/2 to the beach and shopping/dining. The house has been remodeled beautifully. Host was very responsive and very helpful. Would highly recommend! »

« I think I said this in my last review but if you like boats this is the place for you. We love sitting outside watching the boats come and go. Walking to the Shanty is quick and easy. We would much rather stay here than right in the town. The property was clean enough but I feel like it really can use a deep cleaning. There’s lots of lovely decorations that seem to catch a lot of dust and hair. We plan on coming back in a few years and staying here again. Thanks for the great family memories. »

« I really wanted to give this home a 5 star, as our issue/concern was honestly out of the owners hands. When we walked in, we were immediately disappointed with the strong odor of marijuana. Contact was made right away with the owner. She was very responsive, and also disappointed with our experience. We ended up going out to eat, and when we came back, we went upstairs to the bedroom. « Cannot beat this location. The private beach was just incredible. We came with two dogs who enjoyed going for a swim each morning. The kids loved hanging out on the beach all day. The hosts were responsive and thoughtful. When we arrived the first night the lights were on and music was gently playing. Thoughtful touches that were very much appreciated. « Quiet area great for families. Loved the outdoor space. We brought 2 large dogs and they had a safe place to enjoy without escaping. The fire pit was nice and the shed with the beach chairs and different sized bikes was awesome. The inside was clean and had nice touches. The neighborhood is awesome for walking, biking, golfing and loved the golf cart to get in and out of town. Easy access to the beach as well. « Seriously, don't think twice about booking this property! It's in a beautiful, quiet setting and about an hour drive from countless attractions. We went to Williamsburg, short 45 minute drive through beautiful country. The property is exceptional! The host has thought of literally everything and well appointed. « We enjoyed our stay - only a block from the ocean - neighborhood was quiet but looked a little rough - we enjoyed our stay - house was perfect for what we needed! It was clean - could have vents in the ceilings cleaned but overall it was clean. Booking and communication was awesome - very easy and they were very responsive! « This place was placed perfectly. Just across the street from a very nice peaceful beach access, as well as a large park for children and dogs. There was an exceptional farmers market on Saturday that had an immense variety of local product and food trucks. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. My family and I stayed (Grandma 72 years old, aunts and cousins from 6years old to 37, and my mother 52 years old.) I would stay here again. »
