« We arrived to a very clean and organized home. Everything was very well explained on the app and on the few things listed around the home. If staying here, check the notebook on the island for notes about the city and home and such, and leave your own! We had an amazing week! Extremely busy, given it was the week of a holiday, but the 4th of July fireworks were amazing and all the shops and such on the boardwalk were fantastic! Everything was very close too. « We love Kingsmill. It is peaceful, pretty and convenient. This condo has a great view of the river, and a nice big family room/kitchen for people to gather. We came for my daughter's graduation from college and the grandparents stayed with us too. It was great to be where they could take walks and enjoy the quiet away from campus. Harris Teeter is close for groceries and we could do laundry right in the condo. It was easy to eat at the Kingsmill restaurants also. We didn't have access to the gym...
