« Kingsmill Resort was a beautiful setting. The location was great - very close to major attractions. The condo was very clean with comfortable, lovely furnishings. The en suite bedrooms and common area were a perfect fit for our 3 adult couples. The kitchen was well stocked and we appreciated the complimentary coffee. The host was responsive and friendly. I highly recommend this unit for a very pleasant stay. »

« We are a group of 4 childhood friends (now in our 70s) who get together once a year. Seaside Bliss was perfect! The apartment was decorated nicely, very clean, the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. As we were there in November, the town was very quiet and some businesses were closed for the season; but it was a short walk to the beach and there were no parking issues! We were pleased that the apartment was as described --- our stay was very enjoyable. »

« This timeshare/condo property was so lovely! Each morning we enjoyed driving a short distance to explore Jamestown, Colonial Williamsburg, and other local spots. Then we’d come back to our condo for lunch and afternoon swim time with the kids. The pool was always clean and filled with clean towels to use. The entire property was well maintained and lovely; wish we had made time to walk. One afternoon we saw like 5 deer on the property. My kids also enjoyed borrowing dvds and playing mini golf....

« We had a great stay at this beautiful property. It backs up to trees and a lake, and you can see the top of the roller coaster at Busch Gardens across the lake. It was an easy check-in process, it was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. We had a few minor issues. There was an odor in the kitchen sink (probably in the disposal). The A/C and heat were reversed in the back king bedroom. The wi-fi password was wrong, and there was no cable (or instructions for TV) in 2 of the bedrooms....

« This condo was in a gated community. It was not part of the resort, but because of its location, it provided many walking trails, water views and serentity! We loved it mostly because it was with in 15-30 minutes of all the tourist attractions in the area. We never had to drive far to see them and had plenty of time to enjoy each one instead of spending our time in a long drive to them. « If you want a great location with walking access to downtown Cape Charles, then this is the place. We arrived in town and easily found the place following the directions we were given. The condo was very clean and equipped with everything we needed. Lots of thoughtful touches, those details set Cape Haven apart from just another condo. « Perfect 2 bedroom spot in Kingsmill community. Kitchen was well stocked with coffee to get you started. Great back patio to watch golfers come up the fairway. Cant access Kingsmill golf courses and amenities, but great to walk around the beautiful community. Perfect for a couples trip. The unit was very clean and updated. Wonderful for a quick weekend away! »

« This place was placed perfectly. Just across the street from a very nice peaceful beach access, as well as a large park for children and dogs. There was an exceptional farmers market on Saturday that had an immense variety of local product and food trucks. The hosts were very responsive and accommodating. My family and I stayed (Grandma 72 years old, aunts and cousins from 6years old to 37, and my mother 52 years old.) I would stay here again. »
