Waterfront Beach House Right On The Beautiful Back Bay with amazing sunsets

Welcome to Lazy Daze! The perfect beach house for you to kick off your shoes and relax. This stunning beach house includes quartz countertops throughout the home and bamboo hardwood floors. Near the fenced front space of the house is a children’s swing, slide, playhouse, and a hammock located under the cherry tree!
Beautiful views offered from the back deck, Tiki bar, and salt water in-ground pool. Poolside furniture, umbrellas and grilling station to fulfill your relaxing vacation. Treat yourself to a scenic bike ride with one of the bikes offered at the house!
Head to the entry floor primary bedroom where you will find a jetted tub and separate walk-in shower, plus a King bed a separate room with a twin over full bunk bed.. Private access to the pool area is offered from this same room!
Heading up to the main level, you’ll find the gorgeous sunroom which makes for a perfect and quiet relaxation spot. 3 Queen Bedrooms on this floor as well, one includes a Twin Bed with Trundle.
The 3rd level includes two additional Queen Bedrooms and an extensive library between the two. There is a dock offered for your convenience with a boat ramp available for fishing, jet skis, canoes, and kayaks! Kayaks can be rented through Surf and Adventure the ones pictured are for an example.

The upper bedrooms were creepy. Other than that, we loved the house. They could do a lot to improve the upper floor 
 the rest of the house was basically updated 
 they forgot about the upper two bedrooms that added alot of value to the house!

Great time in Sandbridge!

My family and I had a fantastic first experience at Sandbridge Beach!The house was terrific,the neighborhood and neighbors were warm and friendly,the beach was so much fun and every place we visited was the typical “southern hospitality”that I have grown to love over my years of traveling to southern states,especially Virginia!What a beautiful hidden gem Sandbridge is like so many other places in Virginia we’ve visited!We will definitely be back!Thank you so much for the great time and southern hospitality!God bless!

Lazy days @ Lazy Daze

Perfect relaxing spot for the whole family. LadzyDaze was clean with a well equipped kitchen and BBQ. The house is very toddler friendly with baby gates and dedicated play space for the little ones. The kids had a great time in the pool and in the yards with fun yard games. We would definitely like to return.

Excellent location and pool

Lazy Daze has all the amenities needed for a fun beach vacation including pool toys, bikes, and beach chairs. Beach Pros was very responsive and maintenance arrived within an hour of our call. Gorgeous convenient location close to the beach and local shops. Unfortunately, some cleaning was overlooked on the base floor bedroom to include missing toilet paper in the bathroom and bed sheets were not replaced. Overall very nice home.

Wonderful Getaway

We were a multigenerational group and loved the property. Comfortable, plenty of bedrooms, very well equipped kitchen and pool area with shower overlooking the bay. It's a bit of a hike to the beach, but the beach is gorgeous and we went three times. Mostly we just loved being at the house which had games, comfortable lounging space, and wonderful seating and umbrellas by the salt water pool. We grilled there several times and really enjoyed the amenities. A+!

Great property but with issues

It is a very nice property, beautiful views and plenty of space for a large family, not to mention that the beach is within walking distance. Overall we had a great time but there are some issues that the property owner/manager should take care of asap. Most importantly should be the cleanliness of the house, it was disappointing to see that only ONE person was encharged of the cleaning so right away we knew it would be an issue. They mention that beacuse of Covid19 an emphasis on the cleaning procedure is taken but not the case at all. All they did was change the sheets and towels and an amateur surface cleaning of the bathrooms. We ended up having to spend over an hour cleaning once we arrived. So not a good first impression! Fridge and coffee machine were dirty and it was obvious that nothing was sanitized! Food left in the sink, Door latches hardly work, Loud noise in the middle of the night several times coming from the pipes so loud that wakes you up. Was brought up to their attention but nothing was done about it. Noone came during the stay to take care of the pool, A/C filters are filthy and need replacement, Bbq grill was also filthy Beautiful house but lacks attention to detail specially during these times . We left the house cleaner than when we arrived. Unless they take care of the issues I'm not sure if we would stay there again.
