« New, clean property and rooms were clean. The rooms are incredibly small like NYC small. What makes up for the small room was the staff. Mary was exceptional, friendly, helpful and delightful! Erin was friendly and helpful. The breakfasts were delicious!!! »

« I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor.
