« The priority is as described and has spacious living areas with the roof top terrace being a nice addition for a snack and drink. Nice spacious living area, easy off street parking and the location is a dream being one block back from Smith Street and Tram 86. Great eatery’s nearby and 2 supermarkets. We will be back. »

« Overall property was quite good. Directions as to approaching parking could have been clearer as the turn into the laneways should have been from Wellington street Clifton Hill end as very tight for our SUV from Alexander Parade. A few more pieces of cutlery is required as really only enough forks for four people. Also larges plates in drawer were wet so we had to wipe them before use. More than one tea towel would have been handy too. Nothing really to complain about, just a bit of tweaking...

Close by eateries, pubs and amazing supermarket. Katherine was extremely easy to deal with and accommodating, very responsive. Everything ran smoothly. « We had trouble getting in as the key would not work. The host wasn’t very helpful. Once we were in the place was lovely and close to things. There could have been a few things done that would have made our stay more pleasant like more toilet paper, napkins, dish towels and Kleenex. Also the dryer did not seem to work. »

« Do not hire!! No hot water!! Indian company. Had to get a hotel room to have a shower. Seems to be a scam. Changing credit card and drivers license details just in case. »

« - The place was not clean. There were food crumbs left on the couch and the carpet had what looked like dust balls. We realised on our second day that they were actually animal fur which had not been thoroughly vacuumed. We spent the next few days sneezing from the dust and animal fur which lead us to leave earlier than the actual check out date.- The bins outside had not been put out the week before and all the bins were full of random rubbish not correctly sorted to the appropriate bins....

« My family and I (including my parents and a 3 year old) had a very comfortable 2 week stay at the Woodfin House! Beds were comfy, kitchen had everything we needed, and lots of toys our son loved. Super clean! Lovely quiet neighborhood very near the Abbotsford Convent & Collingwood Children’s Farm. Lots of close public transportation options. A couple of frustrations— we were sent the wrong code for check in but were able to quickly contact the hosting company for the correct one. A little...
