« Well there was no outdoor pool as advertised so that was disappointing. Also we didn’t know if we had to put dishwasher on, empty bins etc - a guide to the apartment including local cafes or restaurants would have been useful When trying to talk to the Comfy contacts - it was really difficult to understand them and they didn’t seem to understand my questions or spent a long time leaving me on the line not understanding what they were doing! »

« Charlotte was always communicative and also flexible - and her space is charming, clean and so convenient to various cafes and shops incuding the beautiful park right across the way! It was safe and very comfortable stay and her little balcony with the park view was excellent to have a cup of coffee on. Her bed was very clean and so comfy! The bathroom light was having a challenge coming on initially and the WiFi did not work but otherwise I can tell Charlotte the host really cares about the...
