« Clean, cute, cozy. We enjoyed our keurig flavored coffee each am that hostess provided. Communication was prompt and clear. Loved the wrought iron industrial touches. Very safe and quiet area. Parking suv and kayak trailer comfortable on site! Kitchen well aupplied. Bathroom products so nice, I made sure to locate and buy on way home! Thank you for a delightful stay. »

« This is the best place I have ever stayed. Check-in and check-out were simple and Kathy made sure to ask if we needed anything. This really made my wife's birthday and our anniversary very special. It was like a home away from home with no stress. Very safe and quiet. Everything was spotless. Living room TV was huge and very clear. « We actually very much enjoyed the balcony porch listening to the church Bella across the street. The apartment was beautiful and very let friendly. Owner was very helpful and responsive and even approved an extra night for us at the last minute. »

« We had a good time walking around town. It was close to everything. The apartment was cozy and met all of our needs except the daily news. We are "seniors" and technology comes hard to us. It would have been nice to have cable channels. Thank you for the Lily Pad and its good location. »

« Nice location in the heart of Sylvan Beach. Everything is within walking distance. The apartment itself is above The Sandy Pail store. We heard no noise from down below. The entrance is behind an ice cream store and not very attractive. But the apartment is clean, modern, and nicely decorated in a contemporary manner. There is no dishwasher or washer dryer. »

« Nice apartment close to the arenas and brewery district. Very comfortable with some of the comforts of home. »

« The apartment was comfy and perfectly described. The neighbors were kind and offered suggestions around the city. The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! »

« Several of my friends come up to the area every year for a memorial golf outing for an old Army buddy of ours and this was a great location for us as we rented both halves of this property. Close to the beach and restaurants with great amenities and plenty of room for all of us. Will look to make this our regular place year in and year out. »

The apartment was very clean, air conditioner worked great, beautiful new finishings in the bathroom. « The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay. »
