« Pillows were terrible, resulting in stiff necks and poor sleep. Bath towels had holes in them and need to be replaced. The bed was not level it slanted towards the sinking corner of the room and was propped up with boards - We had to reverse the sleeping position so we weren’t downhill) The floor was sinking very noticeably in the area by the bed. « Very nice apartment on the upper floor of a two rental home with shared yard. It was not clear to me that it was upstairs when booking or I likely had taken the downstairs option which appeared vacant. Good comms and they allowed for a late checkout with advance notice. »
