« The location is in a very quiet neighborhood. Not much for food options there, but the next town of Herkimer has some. As for the kitchen, the fridge had bottles of water, which was a nice touch. Also, there was ice in the freezer- thank you for that. The host was pretty good at communicating. The apartment had just enough space for our family of six. « This actually is a luxurious 2 bedroom loft as described and shown. 2 Beautiful bedrooms, with 2 beautiful bathrooms, a fully stocked kitchen- pots, pans, plates and utensils, basic spices, refrigerator, dishwasher. 12 foot ceilings, lovely couches and views. Washer and dryer. Great central location. Walking distance to so many things. What a great place to stay. Professional Hostess, easy and secure access. »

« Property is very clean. They had very nice plush bath towels. Nice. Very nicely located between Utica and Rome. Just be aware that this on the second floor. It's advertised as such but I missed that in the ad. We usually get first floor because my husband has mobility issues and has trouble with stairs. We had one issue with the television (it was guest problem), we contacted the host and he IMMEDIATELY responded and talked us through. Very happy with our stay and with our host. »

« The property was nice n clean. But check in was difficult. We were in t property around 4:30pm on a hurry to check in n change for a wedding, but it came out we couldn’t get in , cause t host forgot we r coming n didn’t prepare t place. Other than that problem it was quite good n well maintained place. »

« Not clean, in one of the bed rooms it looked like a glitter dust bomb went off. No internet, the host said there was an outage, there's no outage, listening to that area, i did not see a router box, we're wifi box. Only 4 pillows.Only one of them had a pillowcase. The host seemed okay with this.Letting me know the pillows were new. There were only towels 43 people. There was no dish towel. One garbage bag that was the size of a small garbage bag for a big garbage can. beds not "comfortable"....
