The hostess was very knowledgeable about the city and provided great recommendations for food and local businesses. If we’re ever back in Utica we’ll definitely check out this location again! »

« We were pleasantly surprised with the size of the apartment. We had six sleep comfortably in the space.Loved the coffee bar set up in the kitchen. Made life a lot easier starting the day. There are a few very minor workmanship issues, and there is no oven installed, but for our purposes, we never needed it.My family would happily stay there again if we are in the area. »

« The apartment was the perfect space for a longer vacation. Plenty of room for three of us without feeling crowded and able to be spread out. I do wish there was more communication regarding the parking spot (but that was a lack of time on my part) and the check out procedures. Overall a very good stay. »

« This place was perfect for us, close to the Nexus Arena. It had almost everything we needed. A hair dryer would have been nice. Maybe a toaster. But overall, it had everything we needed. The area was quiet and we were very comfortable there. We'd stay there again if we are ever in the area again. »

« My girlfriend and I stayed here for labor day weekend & it was by far the best weekend trip we've ever made. The Loft was very cozy & very clean. All amenities were readily available, and the location of the cabin was perfect. It's in the middle of the woods but only a 5 minute trip into town where you can find a village that feels like the 1800's in terms of the buildings and land surrounding them.
