« This was a perfect stay for our group (three couples). The unit was as described and clean and Keith, the host, was quick to reply to any and all messages prior to and during our trip. With three bedrooms, each having their own full bathroom, we were all incredibly comfortable and had necessary privacy when wanted. « The host was very friendly. The property was well maintained and clean. Normally when we stay somewhere we find the beds very uncomfortable, but the beds here were wonderful! Our son goes to Niagara University. There was plenty of room so we were able to provide a home cooked meal for him and his friends. We will definitely be staying here again! »

« Host was not reliable to get ahold of. Pictures didn’t meet expectations. remodel was done very poorly. outside of house was in shambles. nowhere to put your stuff. very few plates and silverware. arguing neighbors upstairs and outside no cleaning supplies no broom no dust pan. Had to call Vrbo to gain access because host didn’t answer late entry because house was still being cleaned only good thing I can say is good water pressure and price »
