« The pictures posted regarding the property hide the fact that this building looks like it’s falling apart on the outside and is located in the middle of the ghetto. We rode motorcycles and didn’t feel comfortable leaving our bikes sit overnight to stay. We didn’t even go inside the building so I’m not sure how accurate the inside looks to the pictures. »

« My wife and I are helping our oldest and her husband move/drive across country- and we wanted to see Niagara Falls along the way. This started out as the perfect spot for convenience- but ended up impressing us all the more with all the thoughtful touches. Setting aside that our host was able to accommodate an early check in (thank you!), we loved the considerations like toothbrushes, water bottles, Rice Krispie treats, and slippers! « It was a pleasant and convenient stay at this property. There are ample numbers of rooms and bathrooms for large groups, all rooms are nicely equipped with essentials for the stay. We also loved the location so close to the falls.we highly recommend it »

« Gavin was a super host. He addressed all my questions, helped us arrive early after we flew into Buffalo via red eye and made the stay extremely comfortable. The location was ideal for access to shopping, food, dining. I'll always remember this trip as Comeback 2.0 as the Bills beat the Ravens 41-40. I'd stay again at Gavin's in a heartbeat and highly recommend his VRBO to all. »

« The beds are very comfortable! I loved sitting on the front porch reading and watching the squirrels. Nice quiet neighborhood. Very cute and cozy home. Great location. We woujd definitely stay again! »

« This place is fine. Everything was as shown in the listing. Everything worked. The kitchen, the bathroom. We spent most of our trip with family at other locations. But we used this VRBO as a retreat and it was fine for that. Oh yes, the bed was very comfortable. »

« The property was clean, nice kitchen with pots and pans and dishes to be able to cook meals. Host was very quick to respond with any questions that I had. It was only a 5 minute drive to Niagara Falls State Park. The beds were comfortable as well. »
