« I can’t be more impressed and satisfied with Josephine’s Cottage! The host is so friendly, helpful and informative. The interior is so clean and comfy, exactly like what you see in the photos. The location is perfect with a lake and bushwalk nearby. It’s also within close driving range to Leura, Katoomba and Blue Mountains National Park. « Location was good. It's a bit deceiving as far as proximity to hiking. It is close and we did walk to trails but there are busy roads I wouldn't walk on with children. We couldn't run the heater and dryer at the same time so we were cold while doing laundry. They only allow the fireplace at certain times of year so we couldn't use that either. Beds were very cozy. The kitchen is well equipped with everything to cook, bake and make coffee & tea. Best feature is the location and the sunroom. »

« Beautiful cottage within a well tended garden, set back off the road. All the facilities you would need including dressing gown and slippers. The birdlife in the area is great to see and hear. Bare in mind in the blue mountains roads are quite steep as a pedestrian. The cottage is close to a bus stop and within ten minute walk to the Main Street. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. »

« This is a unique property with lots of character. We had the pleasure of chatting to the owner who explained how it was her mother’s home. The garden is overgrown but whimsical. The house is very comfortable to be in, with lots of room, interesting things to look at, and very comfortable beds. It is well loved by the owner and she makes an effort to make your stay a special one. A very enjoyable stay. »

« The cabins were lovely, they provide everything you need to make your own meals which is a big plus. The area is nice and central but feels isolated. It’s 10 mins away from shopping centres and only a short drive to the blue mountains. Highly recommend. »
