« A great property in a great location - close to the city but not too noisy. The property was clean, neat, and tidy. After-hours check-in was easy, and the small touches like the complimentary chocolates were appreciated. The free wifi was very handy. Our hostess was very friendly and responded quickly to any queries that we had. The property has a garage, although it is best-suited to a small vehicle. We would have no hesitation in recommending this property to others. »

« The photos are not reflective of the property. It was notionally clean until you look a bit closer…the beds looked like someone slept in them already, furniture was damaged, there’s no table tennis table, the outdoor furniture was filthy, the pool had glass on the paving around it. It was gross. We stayed one night until we could find another place (as Stayz never contacted me to find an alternative place). »

« Older style accommodation but very well kept. The pool was a bonus, especially on the first couple of days when the temperature got into the high 20's/early 30's. All the rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable, expect the fourth room upstairs, which had a folding bed that was a little uncomfortable. We are likely to go back again for the F1 next year and would recommend the house to our friends, particularly given its easy reach to shops, and public transport close by. »

« Was hugely disappointed in the place. It wasn’t clean at all. It was that bad we were unable to stay. When the host was contacted he never replied to us making things very stressful. The outside areas were full of dead plants and ripped furniture. There were mouldy cushions on the couch. Toilets were disgusting dirty tea towels hanging, cups not being washed the list goes on. If you’re looking for a nice place to stay definitely would not recommend. The host should post photos of the bedrooms...
