« Property was filthy. Semen stains on bedding, I went out and bought my own bedding instead. Faeces on toilet seat from previous guest. Carpark was tight. Oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle, plates, utensils and dishwasher were disgusting. Aircon needed a clean, it stunk so bad. Washing machine has mould on the rubber door lip and the dryer was full of lint. Made several attempts to contact the email provided and no one bothered to respond. »

5. Villa 52 - Designer villa at Crowne Plaza Resort

« The property had spiders in the bed and cockroaches in the living room and kitchen. For two out of the three days of our stay, the AC in one bedroom was not working. It was fixed on the third day after several calls, but the housekeeping manager did not apologize and mentioned that, being in the countryside, there aren’t many handymen available. Additionally, we were unable to use the hotel facilities since this is a privately owned villa, so the kids couldn’t access the swimming pool or kids...

« The view is amazing. I watched a gorgeous sunset followed by an equally beautiful sunrise. Being able to walk out onto the sand is wonderful. The walk to cafes and shops is easy and pleasant. The perfect relaxing get-away location. The allocated parking space is difficult to get out of once another car is behind. There is room for parking on the street which I did after stuggling to get my car out the first time. For me, the accom lacked face cloths and a decent dishwashing item (I don't like...

« The garbage bin was overflowing when we arrived and was full of blow flies and maggots. The disgusting smell was present every time we opened the front door so we had to leave the front door closed which constantly rattled in the wind unless we propped something against the door to stop it. The hinges on the main bathroom door needed oiling and the screeching woke up family members during the night. There was no clothesline to hang wet towels and swimmers on after a day at the beach. There were...

« Overall a nice stay. Good location. Beware it is party central especially the night before weddings. Asked for one king to be twin beds, this was fulfilled but twins were nowhere near as plush and comfortable as the main king. No Nespreso pods, limited range of tea, coffee, hot drink options. Bathroom tapware came off in my hand when showering, but I'm sure they will fix this for the next guests. Little underwhelming for the price. »

« The unit is in a great location to shops and beach. Both are in walking distance. The communication with the host was excellent and timely. Small issues/concerns/questions were answered and actioned quickly. Listing is as per photos.Perfect place if you are looking for somewhere to sleep for the night (s) after being out most of the day. Potentially could be noisy in peak season due to proximity to bowls club and adjoining units. »
