« So the positives - the hotel itself was in a good location for what we needed, lovely friendly staff and the room was in excellent condition. The not so positive - the hotel uses the club facilities which was handy with restaurants etc close by and the pool if you wanted to but not quite the same as it being part of the hotel (and not a public pool etc). « The air con wasn't working, and I approached the staff and was told that they can't do anything. No staff was available to even look at the reason why the air con wasn't working. It could have simply been a tripped circuit breaker, but no one was even available to check.
