It was the perfect size for our small family and space for our son to stau for "coaches night off" Genny is the sweetest and Don is cut from the same. Even offered to take me to his fishing hole but the tournament diddnt leave us the time. What great people and highly recommend this property. »

« We arrived to a beautiful house overlooking vast forested mountains with a beautiful little pond with lots of froggy friends to watch. The hot tub was nice and we all got a good night sleep. Lots of good hikes around and lots of little towns to visit and pop into for a book or coffee. Great stay! »

« We were looking for a quiet getaway and found it! The house is updated, immaculate and fully appointed. It is well laid out with very comfortable furniture. There is a deck with a forest and a pond in the backyard, and a short walk through the forest to a creek. Very peaceful, with things to do in the area. »

« Everything was exactly as pictured and described. Perfect for our stay while my son was at All-Star Village, an easy 20-minute drive. Only regret is we didn’t spend enough time there to explore the property. »

« This house was so nice. It was very clean, good location with parking and everything we needed was already there. There were two full baths and a half bathroom so plenty of space for 3 couples. The kitchen was well equipped. No issues with hot water and we had AC in each room. Very happy with our stay and would return if we were back in the area. »

« We love the feel of a small farm town and old homes. The creaks of the wood stairs were charming and the 3 bedroom home overall was just perfect for our stay. The host was always accessible via message and communicated any expected yard maintenence visits with us ahead of time.You could tell the host considered the needs of their guests (soaps, detergents, plenty of pots & pans, etc) and made sure we would have what we needed.This is a great choice for your stay near Coopeerstown! »

« An excellent stay. Angela was very accommodating and provided a well appointed cottage for a comfortable stay. Very conveniently located to ASV. I would highly recommend staying here. »

« We always wanted to visit the Baseball Hall of Fame - the cottage is a short ride and very close to Cooperstown so ideal location for us. Scott and his friendly pup Shoog greeted us, and Scott was very helpful and responsive to our questions. The cottage was very clean and comfortable, and the nearby restaurants were terrific. We had a very nice stay and enjoyed beautiful weather and fall colors! »
