« There were a few dirty towels that the cleaning crew must've forgotten to remove as well as the bed upstairs wasn't made and the bed Downstairs was only partially made. Otherwise, place was clean, bug free, safe and comfortable. »

When we arrived, there were a few maintenance and housekeeping issues (limited clean hot tub towels, no blanket for the trundle, some sheet concerns, a kitchen sink issue, and a front door lock problem). « My husband & I have stayed at this property on multiple occasions and do appreciate the upgrades that were made! It was neat & clean with brand new shades, refrigerator & coat hooks. 😉 If needed they also now provided body wash, shampoo & conditioner in the shower as well as hand soap & lotion. The cabin is always comfortable due to the 2 AC/heating Units but with the new shades it is much easier to access the windows for fresh air. The ceiling fans are helpful too. Its very peaceful & relaxing...

« Todd was so welcoming and gave my brother and I a little tour when we arrived. He was so great and kind, and even gave us some recommendations for some local things. We were in town to go to a music festival at the Brewery Ommegang which was only a 30min drive from this property. It was absolutely perfect.
